Can I mix products and brands?
Yes. Tiers are based on the total number of eligible items in one order, so you can combine lighting, furniture, wine storage, and or wellness equipment.
What's the minimum to qualify?
3 eligible items in a single order. Items priced $100 and up count toward your total. Ordering fewer? You can always check out at our regular prices.
Do you ship freight? Is liftgate delivery available?
Large items ship by freight within the contiguous U.S. Curbside delivery is standard. Liftgate, inside, or white-glove delivery can be quoted on request where the carrier offers it.
Are tax-exempt orders OK?
Yes. Attach your resale or exemption certificate when you request a quote, and we'll apply it before you're invoiced.
Why do the discounts say “up to”?
Some brands set minimum advertised prices or run their own trade programs, so the exact discount varies from brand to brand. Your quote will always shows the final price for every line item before you submit payment.
What payment options do you accept?
All major credit cards are accepted on every order. For larger projects, ask about purchase orders and net terms, and we'll confirm what's available for your order.
What's the return policy on bulk orders?
Eligible items can be returned within 30 days of delivery, unused and in original packaging. Custom and made-to-order items are final sale. Refer to our Return Policy for more details.
