All orders placed through PoshCave.shop include a 24–48 hour processing period before shipment unless otherwise stated on the product page.
Because we work with a network of trusted U.S.-based manufacturers and suppliers, shipping timeframes may vary by brand and product availability. Estimated shipping timelines for many of the brands we carry are listed below.
Delivery estimates displayed on product pages are dynamically calculated based on supplier processing times and carrier transit estimates. Actual delivery dates may vary slightly depending on inventory availability and freight carrier scheduling.
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been successfully placed, followed by tracking information once your order has shipped.

After the 24–48 hour processing period, estimated U.S. shipping times for select brands are:

Fire Pit Art: 3–10 business days
Allavino: 1–14 business days
Saunum: 5–7 business days
SaunaLife: 3–7 business days

These timeframes are estimates and may vary depending on carrier schedules, inventory availability, destination, and product size.
If a brand is not listed above, shipping timelines may vary and will typically be displayed on the product page when available.
Freight & Oversized Deliveries
For larger furniture, saunas, and oversized items:
Delivery is typically curbside delivery.
A signature may be required upon delivery.
Freight carriers may contact you directly to schedule a delivery appointment.
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure someone is available to receive the shipment.
Please inspect freight deliveries upon arrival and report any visible damage within 24 hours of delivery.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated based on product weight, dimensions, and delivery destination.
Some items may qualify for free shipping, which will be clearly indicated on the product page.
Any applicable shipping charges will be displayed at checkout before payment is completed.

Shipping Locations
PoshCave currently ships within the United States only, excluding Alaska and Hawaii.
If you are located outside of the U.S. or in Alaska or Hawaii and are interested in placing an order, please contact us before purchasing so we can determine whether special shipping arrangements can be made.
