Returns
We accept returns on eligible items within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

in its original packaging

in the same condition in which it was received
Proof of purchase is required for all returns.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for return, including:

custom-made or made-to-order products

used, damaged, or altered items

products returned without original packaging

items marked non-returnable on the product page
Return Authorization Required
Do not send items back without contacting us first.
To request a return, email hello@poshcave.shop with your order number and reason for return. If your return is approved, we will provide return instructions.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.
For oversized, freight, or special-order items, additional return conditions may apply.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@poshcave.shop and include your order number and photos of the issue so we can review and assist.
Refunds
Once an approved return is received and inspected, refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
If the return does not meet our eligibility requirements, the item may be refused or returned to you.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please place a new order. If eligible, you may request a return for the original item.
