Innovatively luxurious yet rustic and nature-inspired; this beautiful wall sconce was inspired by the gorgeous surroundings of the famous hotel in New York's breathtaking Adirondack Mountains. A strikingly tall frame with arched curves and decorative rivets highlight the Amber Mica lens in this curved arm wall sconce. Twin Pine Tree accents that simulate those that grow tall in the Adirondack State Park are featured in Rust over Wrought Iron and appear to soak up the sun as you peek through a window-like scene in this organic motif. This stunning fixture is ideal for illuminating exteriors in fine residential and hospitality locations; from Panama City; Florida; to Beloit; Wisconsin; to Keizer; Oregon. The Utowana Lake Wall Sconce is included in our American-made; American-designed Nature-Inspired Lighting Collection and manufactured in Yorkville; New York at the foothills of the Adirondacks. UL and cUL listed for dry; damp and wet locations. Utowana Lake is the first of the Eckford Chain of Lakes in the Adirondack Mountains in New York state. The lake was the last leg of the journey via steamboat to the Prospect House in Blue Mountain Lake; New York; which was opened in 1882 as the first hotel in the world to have electric lights in every room; thanks to the personal attention of Thomas Edison; who is credited with the engineering masterpiece. Mr. Edison also installed the wiring.
