All orders placed through www.PoshCave.shop are typically processed within 1–2 business days unless otherwise stated on the product page.
Because we work with a network of trusted U.S.-based manufacturers and suppliers, shipping timeframes may vary by brand, product availability, and carrier schedules. Estimated delivery timelines displayed on product pages are provided for convenience and may vary slightly based on inventory status, freight scheduling, weather, and other factors outside our control.
Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. Tracking information will be sent once your order has shipped.
Estimated Shipping Timeframes
After the standard 1–2 business day processing period, estimated U.S. shipping times for select brands are:
Meyda Lighting: 3–5 business days
Fire Pit Art: 3–10 business days
Allavino: 1–14 business days
Saunum: 5–7 business days
SaunaLife: 3–7 business days
Narvi: 5–10 business days
HUUM: 7–14 business days
Harvia: 5–10 business days
Finlandia: 2–8 business days
Finnmark: 1–5 business days
RADtec: 3–5 business days
These timeframes are estimates only and may vary depending on product availability, destination, carrier performance, and item size.
If a brand is not listed above, estimated shipping timelines may be shown on the product page when available.
Freight and Oversized Deliveries
Certain large items, including furniture, saunas, and oversized products, may ship by freight carrier.
For freight deliveries:
Delivery is typically curbside unless otherwise noted
A signature may be required upon delivery
The freight carrier may contact you directly to schedule a delivery appointment
Someone must be available to receive the shipment at the scheduled delivery time
Please inspect all freight shipments upon arrival. If there is visible damage, note it with the carrier at delivery and contact us within 24 hours.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated based on product weight, dimensions, destination, and delivery method.
Some products may qualify for free shipping. Any applicable shipping charges will be shown at checkout before payment is completed.
Shipping Locations
PoshCave currently ships within the contiguous United States only. We do not currently offer standard shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or international destinations.
If you are located outside the contiguous United States and would like to place an order, please contact us before purchasing to see whether special shipping arrangements may be available.
Tracking Information
Tracking information will be sent by email once your order has shipped.
If you do not receive tracking details within the expected timeframe, please contact our support team and we will be happy to assist you.
Delivery Delays
While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, delays may occur due to carrier issues, manufacturer backorders, severe weather, or other factors outside our control.
PoshCave is not responsible for shipping delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control, but we will work with you and the carrier or supplier to help provide updates whenever possible.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please make sure your shipping address is accurate before submitting your order. PoshCave is not responsible for delays or additional charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided at checkout.
