The vibration starts at Level 1 by default when the device is powered on. There are 6 vibration levels in total, which can be adjusted using the power button to your preferred intensity.
The belt itself is not machine-washable, but it can be wiped down with a clean damp cloth after each use. Please do not submerge the device in water.
